REGISTRATION
If you are interested in studying at PATAGONIA SPANISH SCHOOL, you should follow these steps: 1. Forward an application form by fax, or post. Also, complete our web site application form and send it to PATAGONIA SPANISH SCHOOL. 2. Deposit an amount of U$S 150 (initial deposit which will be subtracted from the total cost of the program when the full payment is made) plus US$ 50 (enrolment fee) in advance into PATAGONIA SPANISH SCHOOL's bank account or by credit card. 3. In order to confirm the booking, you should send a copy of the bank deposit or the authorization to debit the amount from a credit card. 4. The payment of the program must be received 2 weeks before the student arrives. 5. Last minute bookings and changes: PATAGONIA SPANISH SCHOOL reserves the right to accept last minute bookings and apply any additional charge to last minute changes asked by the students.

CANCELLATION TERMS
2 weeks before the course starts, the program must be fully paid. If this is not done, PATAGONIA SPANISH SCHOOL will cancel the booking and keep the initial deposit. Bank charges must be incurred by the student.
We agreed to the following cancellation terms:
A student providing 45 or more days of written cancellation will receive a 100 % refund. No charges.
A student providing 45 to 25 days of written cancellation will receive a 50 % refund and lose deposit of U$S 150
A student providing 25 to 15 days will of written cancellation will receive a 30 % refund and lose deposit of U$S 150
A student providing less than 15 days is no longer subject to any refund and lose deposit of U$S 150
Any shorter notice requires full payment for the cost of the entire program.
After the course has started: no refunds given
Note: The initial deposit amount of US$50.00 is a non-refundable enrollment fee. All refunds have an administrative charge of 10% on the amount refunded. The administration will consider cancellations valid only when they are made by email to the following address:
info@patagonia-spanish-school.com or by letter or fax. In each case, cancellation fees and administrative charges are applicable. PATAGONIA SPANISH SCHOOL will not review its cancellation policies in any situation, even if cancellations are due to personal emergencies, illnesses, or accidents. - All students must take out medical insurance before starting the course.
HOLIDAYS
There will not be classes on holidays, and there will not be extra classes to compensate for them. If there are two holidays during the same week, there will be an extra class to compensate one of them. To find out about holidays in Argentina for this year, please CONTACT US
ACCOMMODATION
A qualified member of our staff has carefully selected our host families in order to guarantee not only the infrastructure but also the services offered by our host families. The participants as well as the host families must abide by the rules of conduct given by PATAGONIA SPANISH SCHOOL.
In the case of bookings made two weeks before the program starts, PATAGONIA SPANISH SCHOOL will not guarantee availability of the accommodation requested by the student since PATAGONIA SPANISH SCHOOL gives priority to bookings made in advance. Moreover, PATAGONIA SPANISH SCHOOL may change the price in order to provide an adequate accommodation for the student.
If a student is not pleased with the assigned accommodation, he/she may request to change his/her accommodation. If the student provides valid reasons for his/her request, PATAGONIA SPANISH SCHOOL will make every effort to look for another accommodation of the same type. The student must address a formal accommodation change request to the director of the school via email or in writing. PATAGONIA SPANISH SCHOOL accepts a maximum of three changes.
PATAGONIA SPANISH SCHOOL is not liable to pay for changes in accommodation made on the student's behalf. If a problem with the accommodation arises, the student should contact PATAGONIA SPANISH SCHOOL immediately.
The student must always inform PATAGONIA SPANISH SCHOOL about the date and time of arrival. If this information is not provided in advance, PATAGONIA SPANISH SCHOOL can not guarantee that someone will be waiting at the accommodation for the student upon arrival.
The accommodation will be charged from 10:00 am on the first day requested and students must leave the accommodation before 10.00 am on the last day. If the arrival and departure times are not complied with, additional days will be charged.
TRANSFER SERVICE
The flight details (date, time, airport, airline, and flight number) must be confirmed in writing one week before arrival, otherwise PATAGONIA SPANISH SCHOOL will not guarantee the transfer service and there will be no refunds for this service.
If any changes in regards to the flight details are not duly informed, PATAGONIA SPANISH SCHOOL will not take responsibility for the proper provision of the transfer service.
